About us

The people who have been in the room.

Energy infrastructure decisions break not from lack of capital — but from the absence of structure between scope, vendors, and contracts. This team has operated inside that gap: delivering projects, structuring deals, and building the systems that bring discipline where it's needed most.

WHY WE EXIST

Energy is accelerating. Decisions aren't.

Europe's PV+BESS pipeline is scaling 1.5–2× per cycle. The processes managing it are not. Portfolios are growing faster than the teams executing them — and execution speed is already determining who wins.

The cost of that gap is quantifiable. On a 10 GW portfolio, ~3% CAPEX is at stake by default — over €100M. When structure, scope, or negotiation slip, that rises to 5%+: €150M–€300M and a 3–6 month COD spread. That translates directly into 1–3pp IRR difference on every project.

You cannot hire your way out of it. More people means more competing interpretations, slower alignment, and decisions that slip or get made wrong. The problem is not headcount — it is the absence of a structured system. That system is what we are building.

Decision systems & strategy-to-execution logic

  • Has brought structure to 100+ growth and leadership teams when progress stalled or execution diverged from strategy.
  • Deep background in how incentives, accountability, and decision logic break down under pressure.
  • Leads Storinum's product direction — ensuring our evaluation systems reflect how real procurement decisions are made, and where they fail.

Commercial strategy & client acquisition

  • Leads commercial development across asset owners, developers, and institutional energy buyers.
  • Background in account-based sales to regulated financial institutions and enterprise clients.
  • Brings structured deal movement and clear qualification criteria — commercial progress built on process, not relationships.

Energy infrastructure & procurement execution

  • Over €150M in energy infrastructure delivered across PV, BESS, and hybrid systems in live market conditions.
  • Has run procurement end-to-end — from vendor RFQs through EPC contract close — and managed the handoffs where projects most often break.
  • Storinum's core methodology is built directly from his experience of what those failures cost.

System architecture & adaptive build-out

  • Builds systems that must survive real-world constraints — not demos.
  • Has taken products from early MVPs to international, multi-module platforms used at scale in industrial contexts.
  • Owns platform architecture and long-term technical scalability for GRID.

Critical infrastructure & core systems

  • Designs and safeguards the technical backbone of the platform — robustness, correctness, execution resilience.
  • Background in global enterprise e-commerce and mission-critical banking infrastructure, where failure is not an option.

WHERE WE'RE GOING

Energy infrastructure deserves the same rigour as the capital it attracts.

Every procurement decision, structured and comparable

No more informal benchmarking. Every vendor response evaluated against the same verified variables — across technical, commercial, and delivery dimensions.

Zero undefined scope at contract stage

The moment a project reaches contract, everything should be defined, traceable, and agreed. We're building the system that makes that the default, not the exception.

A new standard for how energy assets are evaluated

We want GRID to be the reference layer that asset owners, developers, and capital allocators rely on — the way financial markets rely on verified data, not assumptions.

GET STARTED

Talk to us.

If you are planning storage or complex grid-connected assets, we can help you de-risk and deliver. We work with a limited group of operators, utilities, and funds.

Clarity. Control. Confidence

Your assets, your revenue streams, one grid.
